Collection of Information
Zantida collects and stores information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily provide either while on the site or in response to emails in relation to features provided on the site. A few examples of what Zantida stores include: (i) name, email address and demographic information that you provide when you enroll or take part in site activities, (ii) information that you post on message boards/blogs/videos/discussions, etc. on the site, and (iii) information provided in search requests or questions that you submit to the site. If you are not willing to provide such information, you may not be able to use or participate in some or all of the features offered through the site.
For better management of the site, Zantida may (i) log your browsing history, (ii) log non-personally-identifiable information, including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, and (iii) record User IP addresses for security and monitoring purposes.
Cookies
Zantida may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain personal information although it will enable Zantida to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Zantida may use cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system may deliver a cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates.
You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you've set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our store, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.
Member Communications and Email
Zantida employs a strict policy against sending unsolicited email. Please note the opting not to receive email does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails that include but are not limited to, notices about vital program and membership status changes, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service updates and purchase and redemption confirmation emails.
Our Customer Care department may contact you in response to your inquiries, to provide services at your request and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone in accordance with your wishes.
Children's Privacy
No part of Zantida is directed towards persons below the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use Zantida only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Zantida Advertisers and 3rd Party Websites
Zantida website and email may contain links to various other sites. While Zantida makes every effort to ensure that our advertisers post clear and complete Privacy Policies and observe appropriate data practices, each of these sites has a privacy policy that may differ from that of Zantida. The privacy practices of other websites and companies are not covered by this policy.
Except as specifically set forth below, it is our policy not to provide your personally identifiable information to our advertisers unless you make the choice to share it with them.
We occasionally pass personally identifiable information via a secure interface to certain of our advertisers for the purpose of making it easier for you to sign up for their offers, however, this information is only to be used by the advertiser if you agree to submit the information to the advertiser for the purposes of completing an offer.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. We occasionally send the information we gather about our Members to trusted third-party data processors to organize, process and/or analyze the data on our behalf. We use this information to enhance our program offerings; namely to tailor advertisements, updates, and offers to your particular interests and to ensure that your opt-out requests are honored. All such third-party data processors are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Zantida. They are contractually bound to observe the strict policy stated herein, so you can rest assured that the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information will be maintained.
Security
Zantida follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Zantida has established company-wide security practices for your protection. These practices include, but are not limited to, firewall security, the use of appropriate encryption technology, and the use of multiple levels of password security to limit access to data on a "need to know" basis.
We may use contractors or vendors to help us provide some of the services at our site. If we disclose personal information for them to provide the services, it is with the requirement that the information is kept confidential and used only for those services. All contractors and employees are required to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, these safeguards.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site.

Zantida may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any material changes in the way we use your personally identifiable information collected at this site we will notify you by email and at the top of this Privacy Policy web page.
